Gianluigi Buffon has admitted that he has been surprised at how well Juventus have performed this season.
With four games left of the season the Bianconeri sit third in the table and could claim third place outright this weekend if other results go their way.
This time last year the Turin giants were in Serie B after being demoted for their part in the match-fixing scandal in 2006 and the goalkeeper has been impressed by the turnaround in fortunes.
The 30-year-old said: "I didn't expect us to be so competitive, I thought it was going to be harder and that we would need a great campaign in order to reach a top-four finish. "It has been an incredible run and I believe we are in the right position."
And the best moment of the campaign? Without doubt defeating Inter on Game Day 30 and the Italy international added: "I think our fans will never forget that."
