Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is unhappy with the conduct of Inter Milan in courting Alexander Hleb, whose season is over due to suspension.
The Serie A champions have made no secret of their interest in winger Hleb, much to the disgust of the Gunners boss.
"When a player is under contract you have to first contact the club to see whether they are available first.
"We are not stupid enough to believe it really happens like that.
"You have to be decent enough not to come out in the newspapers because it's unsettling.
"That they contact the agents behind our backs, we understand that. But that they come out in the newspapers, I find that disrespectful."
Wenger is not sure whether he has grounds to make a formal complaint.
He added: "I don't know if they broke the rules, but I do not just want to sit there as Inter come out and say they want him, Barcelona come out and say they want him. I never come out and say I want a player from them because of respect for these clubs.
"If I want a player, I know who to call and I ask them if they want to sell the player.
"I feel it is like they walk over everybody else and do not care, and that is not acceptable."
